Learn to PADI's Discover Scuba Diving Specialty Course for Kids

PADI's Discover Scuba Diving (DSD) is a quick introduction to scuba diving for adults and kids aged 10+. It's a one-day experience that teaches you the basics of scuba diving without giving you a diving certificate. During the DSD, you'll get a briefing on water pressure, underwater communication, and diving safety. Then, you'll have a practice session in a pool to learn how to breathe with scuba gear and some basic diving skills. After that, you'll do a shallow dive in the ocean. You'll become familiar with scuba gear and learn how to join the PADI community. Most importantly, it builds your confidence for further diving adventures, like the PADI Open Water Diver Course.
